The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women Shaheed Benazirabad invites bids for the maintenance and repair (M&R) of the Bus Parking Shed and Flat M-51 located at its campus in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh. This tender is issued by the Project Director of the University and covers civil, plumbing, electrical, and ancillary works as detailed in the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. The scope includes concrete works, plastering, painting, plumbing installations including uPVC pipes and sanitary fittings, electrical wiring, and finishing works. The site is located within the University premises and bidders are advised to conduct a site visit at their own expense to fully understand the project requirements.

The estimated cost of the project is approximately PKR 4.35 million. The contract duration is two months from the date of commencement. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the contract price within 14 days of the Letter of Acceptance. The defect liability period is six months from the date of taking over.
