Maintenance and Repair of Sindh Secretariat Building No-II (Tughlaq House) Karachi

The site is located at Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi. Bidders must have valid PEC registration for relevant categories and be registered with FBR and ATL. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount is required, which will be converted into performance guarantee after successful bidding. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement.
