Tender Description
The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from qualified Engineering Firms and Contractors for maintenance and repair works at various government buildings located in Sargodha. The procurement process will be conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System (EPADS) in accordance with the latest PPRA rules and regulations.
Items being procured:
- Maintenance and repair to Session Camp office at Sargodha
- Maintenance and repair to Government Associate College for Women at block No.23-A Sargodha
- Maintenance and repair to Residence No.12 GOR-I, Quarter No.D-6 Babu Mohallah & Quarter No. SB-19 PWD colony at Sargodha
- Maintenance and repair to Quarter No.H-20 PWD colony Sargodha
- Maintenance and repair to residence No.24, 22 & 7 in GOR-III at Sargodha
These works involve civil maintenance and repair tasks at the specified government properties. Contractors must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. A Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the EPADS system. Successful bidders will also be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount through the same digital mechanism.
