Maintenance and Repair Works for Various Government Buildings in Sargodha and Bhalwal

The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors for maintenance and repair works on various government buildings located primarily in Sargodha and Bhalwal. Contractors must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. A bid security/earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the prescribed online mechanism of the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS). Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder. Bids will be opened on 09-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division. Contractors may attend the bid opening. False information or fake CDR submissions will lead to disqualification and legal action. The Grievance Redressal Committee will address complaints as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents on the PPRA portal and ensure all required documents and financial bids are complete. Timely submission through EPADS is mandatory.
