Maintenance/Service of 04 Nos. Diesel Generators

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited invites sealed bids from firms and contractors registered with PEC, SRB, and GST for the maintenance and servicing of four diesel generators. This procurement is based in Karachi and follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding system. The first envelope must contain the Technical Bid along with a Pay Order as Bid Security amounting to Rs.200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only). The second envelope should contain the Financial Bid with the quoted price. Bidding documents detailing terms and conditions are available at the office of Services and Civil Works during working hours for a non-refundable price of Rs.4,000, payable via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited. Diesel Generators The scope includes comprehensive servicing and maintenance of diesel generators to ensure operational efficiency and reliability at the Karachi Shipyard premises. Interested bidders must be registered with PEC and have relevant experience in generator maintenance. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order is mandatory with the Technical Bid. The bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager (Services & Civil Works), Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited, West Wharf, Dockyard Road, Karachi before 1100 hours on 17-11-2026. Technical Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Financial Bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later, with date and time to be communicated.
