Tender Description
The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation, North Nazimabad Office Karachi, invites bids from eligible bidders for procurement of maintenance and supply services related to sports ground equipment. This tender is published for suppliers and service providers interested in working with the SBP Banking Services Corporation in Karachi.
Items being procured:
- Maintenance services for ground and allied equipments at Sports Complex, State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation, North Nazimabad Office, Karachi
- Supply of sports ground maintenance equipment and accessories for SBP Sports Complex, North Nazimabad, Karachi
The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related guidelines. Bidders must register on the EPADS v2.0 platform to participate and submit their bids electronically.
Eligibility criteria include submission of bid security as specified: Rs. 400,000 for maintenance services and Rs. 600,000 for supply of equipment. The original bid security must be submitted to the procuring agency at the SBP-BSC North Nazimabad Office before the bid opening deadline. Failure to submit original bid security will lead to disqualification.
Key dates are as follows: Bid submission for maintenance services closes on 28-Sep-2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening at 11:30 AM. For supply of equipment, bid submission closes on 28-Sep-2026 at 11:15 AM with bid opening at 11:45 AM. Bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 portal only; manual submissions will not be entertained.
