Tender Description
Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad, is inviting bids from reputed firms and individuals registered with FBR and KPRA for the supply of various items for the institution. This procurement opportunity is open to eligible suppliers who meet the registration and compliance requirements. The department is seeking competitive bids for the following items:
- Maintenance & Store Items (Single Stage One Envelope, Call Deposit: 100,000)
- Stationary & IT Items (Single Stage One Envelope, Call Deposit: 100,000)
- Lab Chemicals (Single Stage One Envelope, Call Deposit: 100,000)
- Student Teacher Centre (STC) (Single Stage Two Envelope, Call Deposit: 500,000)
- Grocery Shop (Single Stage One Envelope, Call Deposit: 100,000)
The technical scope covers the provision of goods and supplies as per the detailed specifications in the tender documents. Bidders must ensure that all items offered comply with the required standards and quantities as outlined by Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad. The procurement is for the financial year and will support the operational and academic needs of the institution.
Eligibility criteria include active registration with FBR and KPRA, submission of a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) as earnest money for each lot, and provision of an E-Affidavit. The scan copy of the CDR, E-Affidavit, and tender fee of PKR 1,000 per tender must be uploaded on the EPADS portal, while the original documents must be submitted to the Procurement Office before the deadline. Bids must be uploaded electronically via EPADS by 27-08-2026 till 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the conference room of Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM.
