Maintenance and Support Services of Access Control System for 2 Years

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore is procuring a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance and support services of its Access Control System for a period of two years. This tender invites original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possessing valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates and active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The scope includes 24/7 maintenance and support of hardware and software components of the Access Control System installed at Data Center Head Office, Data Center DR-Site Manga, and Bill Printing Site Manga. Equipment covered includes biometric entry readers, CCTV IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, ATS units, and associated accessories such as electromagnetic locks, door sensors, exit buttons, emergency switches, and cabling. The vendor is responsible for repair, replacement, software upgrades, quarterly preventive maintenance, and ensuring uninterrupted operation. Bidders must comply with the Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC), including evidence of at least two deployments of warranty or maintenance services, a fully functional branch office in Lahore, and at least two support staff for services. Valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate, National Tax Number, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate are mandatory. The bid must include a bid bond of Rs. 40,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, CDR, or similar instruments valid for 120 days from bid opening. The tender documents are available on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and must be submitted electronically through EPADS with a hard copy delivered to the Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore by 07 July 2026 at 14:30 hours.
