Maintenance of Waste Water Pumping Stations, Lift Stations & Tubewells in WASA Gujranwala

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Gujranwala invites bids from Suppliers / Contractors registered on e-Procurement as per Regulations-7(1) of PPRA regulations-2024 having valid PEC License in category C-5 or above with specialization in codes (ME-04, ME-06, ME-07, EE-04, EE-11, CE-09), active filer NTN, and PNTN, for maintenance of waste water pumping stations, lift stations & tubewells in WASA Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Maintenance of Waste Water Pumping Stations - Maintenance of Lift Stations - Maintenance of Tubewells The procurement will be conducted through the e-Procurement system of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Bidding documents with detailed requirements and terms are available on http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelop. Technical bids must be submitted on or before 04-11-2026 by 12:00 PM via e-Procurement. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM on e-PADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs 3,700,000/- in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/PO/Demand Draft/Banker Cheque (except insurance bond) must be uploaded online and submitted in original at the office located at X-BLOCK MAIN ROAD PEOPLES COLONY before the bid submission deadline. Bidders may visit disposal stations, lift stations & tubewells on 31-10-2026 at 11:00 AM to examine conditions. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Financial bids of non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bids found corrupt, unreadable, or containing viruses will be rejected as per Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. E-bids must be submitted by uploading PDF files as per Regulation-6(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Rule-35). Conditional tenders, tenders via telegraph or post will not be accepted. Tendered rates must be filled in figures and words and signed as per tender document instructions. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. Estimated cost includes all applicable taxes such as Income tax, Sales tax, PRA etc. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-Procurement submission guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Visiting the site on the specified date is recommended to understand the scope and conditions better.
