The Engineering Wing Central Lahore (National Bank of Pakistan) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the major renovation works of the NBP Islamic Banking Branch located in Johar Town, Lahore, Punjab Central region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring/wall tiles cladding, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and other materials - Dismantling RCC walls/slabs of strong room and locker room including disposal - Repair and maintenance of existing strong room/locker room doors - Shifting/removal of existing lockers, cash safes, and related items - Reinforced cement concrete works (3000 PSI) including walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry works of various thicknesses - Plaster works of various thicknesses - PCC flooring and underfloor concrete - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Carpet tiles - Granite skirting, thresholds, stairs, and main entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions including wooden framed and curtain wall glazing - Wooden doors, false ceilings (gypsum, aluminium perforated, wooden), wooden rafters, cornices - Aluminium windows, louvers, blinds, railings - Front elevation tiles, glazing, graffiato paint, optional Alucobond cladding - Safety grills, G.I. shutters, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall/column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, wooden drawers - Termite proofing, hydraulic door closers, glass door machines - Tuff tiles, fiberglass parking shed - Wooden hanging beams, pelmets, logo/theme wall - Roof treatment works including insulation brick tiles, screeding, waterproofing, marble addition - Water supply system including plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system - External sewer and manholes - Electrical wiring, power sockets, cable containment, data/voice wiring - Distribution boards, circuit breakers, changeover switches - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system including chemical enhanced and copper plate type - Fire extinguishers, car parking and gate lights - CCTV wiring and shifting related works - Supply and installation of wall mounted DC inverter AC units (1.0 and 1.5 ton) The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained.
