Major Renovation Works of NBP Small Industrial Estate Branch Faisalabad

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Small Industrial Estate Branch located in Faisalabad, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to refurbish and upgrade the branch premises with comprehensive civil, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and furniture works. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, wall tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and roof treatment - Dismantling R.C.C walls/slabs of strong room and locker room including relocation of strong room doors and lockers - Reinforced cement concrete works including walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - P.C.C flooring and underfloor concrete - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured tiles and granite skirting - Glass doors and partitions with approved fittings - Wooden doors and partitions - Internal and external painting works - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets, gypsum sheet false ceiling, wooden false ceiling, wooden rafters, cornice - Aluminum windows, louvers, blinds, stainless steel railings - Front elevation tiles and glazing - Safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall/column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counter and termite proofing - Tuff tiles, wooden hanging beams, logo/theme wall - Roof screeding and waterproofing - Earth filling, natural grass plantation - Plumbing fixtures including WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes and fittings - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes - Electrical wiring, power sockets, cable containment, data/voice wiring - Distribution boards and components - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system including chemical enhanced earthing - Fire extinguishers, car parking lights, gate lights, CCTV wiring - Air-conditioning units with installation and copper piping - Furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above with specialization CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR ATL and Punjab Revenue Authority, and have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 25 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security amount is Rs. 800,000 in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee. The contract period is 150 days. The estimated cost is Rs. 20,574,822.40. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids. Technical and financial evaluation will be conducted under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all eligibility and qualification criteria. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and FIDIC Red Book 2017 conditions. Performance security of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Advance payment up to 10% may be provided against bank guarantee. Liquidated damages for delay are 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract price. Bidders must comply with anti-corruption and integrity pact provisions.
