Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Main Branch, Narowal, R.O Sialkot, under contract reference P103210. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. The scope includes dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceilings, cash counters, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures, reinforcement cement concrete works, brick masonry, plastering, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, laminated flooring, granite skirting, glass doors and partitions, wooden doors, false ceilings, aluminum windows, blinds, railings, safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors, wooden wall cladding, cash counters, termite proofing, gypsum sheet false ceilings, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, air conditioning units, plumbing fixtures, and furniture including branch manager tables, officer tables, revolving chairs, sofas, and reception counters. The contract duration is 180 days with a bid validity of 365 days. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 25 million in the last three years, and be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and Provincial Revenue Board. A bid security of Rs. 1,800,000 in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder following the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated based on compliance with specifications and bid price. The Procuring agency/Employer reserves the right to reject all bids. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price.
