Tender Description
The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) through its Project Director GSC invites bids for the major repair of a 200 KVA generator Marathon Electric Wausau Wisconsin 54401 USA. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is based in Hyderabad, Sindh. The tender reference is GSC 05/2026-27 with contract number P74818. Items being procured:

The scope covers comprehensive mechanical and electrical repair works including engine parts replacement, rewinding of motor components, radiator servicing, and electrical wiring. The work will be executed at the HESCO facility in Hyderabad. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB as active taxpayers and have at least one similar work experience. PEC category is applicable for works and related services. The bid security amount is Rs. 40,000 and must be submitted in original form. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of **Wednesday, August 26, 2026 10:00 AM**. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The performance guarantee required is 5% of the contract price.
