Managed DNS Service for National Telecommunication Corporation for Three Years

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad is procuring a Managed DNS Service for a period of three (03) years. The contractor is responsible for all rack space, power, cooling, physical security, and network connectivity. The service must maintain 99.95% monthly availability, support IPv4 and IPv6, and provide real-time monitoring dashboards accessible to NTC. Eligibility criteria require firms to have at least two managed DNS service deployments, ISO 27001 or equivalent certified data centers, active tax status, and no blacklisting. Documentary proof must be submitted with the bid. The tender security is PKR 200,000, and performance security is PKR 300,000.
