Manufacturing of 250x Composite Products – Cat-3 for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling eligibility criteria as per the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). The procurement is governed by PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Manufacturing of 250x Composite Products – Category 3 as per Annexure A The contract delivery period is 4 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or semi-government organizations if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of the CEO or Director must be provided. A trade link certificate between the firm and OEM is required if the bidder is a distributor or agent. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred by any government organization is also necessary. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years or relevant experience with government or semi-government organizations must be included. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 02 September 2026 at 1030 hours, with the opening on the same day at 1100 hours. Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the specified office.
