Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University invites sealed proposals/Request for Proposal (RFPs) from eligible, reputable, and experienced engineering consulting firms for the project titled 'MDS Campus-II (Phase-I)-MV/LV Power Distribution System along with Substation-II at Campus-II' located in Sukkur. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience, qualified personnel, and submit technical and financial proposals separately with references of similar projects.
Items being procured:
- Consultancy services for MV/LV power distribution system
- Consultancy services for Substation-II at Campus-II
The scope includes providing expert engineering consultancy for the design, implementation, and supervision of medium voltage and low voltage power distribution systems along with substation works at the specified campus. Firms must have valid and active registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or higher, valid registration with FBR/Income Tax authorities and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering consultancy experience particularly in MV/LV power distribution and substation projects. Demonstrated experience in successfully completed similar consultancy assignments of comparable nature, scope, and complexity is required. Financial capacity must be supported by audited financial statements for the last 5 financial years. Consortium or Joint Venture (JV) is permitted with a clearly identified lead firm. Submission of Bid Security of Rs. 500,000/- along with the Technical Proposal in the prescribed form is mandatory.
Tender/RFP documents can be downloaded from https://www.iba-suk.edu.pk/tenders and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Documents will be issued from 25-08-2026 to 15-09-2026 at 10:30 am. Submission deadline is 15-09-2026 up to 3:00 pm. Opening of technical proposals will be on 15-09-2026 at 3:30 pm in the office of the Project Director Sukkur IBA University. Financial proposals will be opened after evaluation of technical proposals. Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information are liable to legal action or disqualification. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules, 2010 (amended).
