Tender Description
Headquarters 12 Division Muzaffarabad invites tenders for the provision of various services and supplies for the calendar year 2027. This opportunity is open to registered ASC contractors who can deliver high-quality goods and services to multiple supply areas under the division's responsibility.
Items being procured:
- Meat Group Items: Chicken (Develian Sup Area), Goat/Sheep (Hajira Sup Area), Eggs (Hen) (Forward Kahuta Sup Area), Skins (Sawan Kuchha Sup Area)
- Vegetable Group Items: Vegetable Fresh (Kel Sup Area), Fruits Fresh (Dowarian Sup Area), Onion Fresh, Potato Fresh, Bread
- Hired Mechanical Transport: Trk (10 Ton), Buses (52 Seater), Jeep, HAT/Porters for Bagh (1-150 Kms), Forward Kahuta (1-150 Kms), Sawan Kuchha (1-35 Kms), Muzaffarabad to Mandal/Lipa (1-95 Kms), Reshian to Shergali (1-25 Kms), Kel (1-80 Kms)
- Hired Labour (Surge): Kel Sup Area, Develian Sup Area, Muzaffarabad Sup Area, Sawan Kuchha Sup Area, Hajira Sup Area, Bagh Sup Area, Forward Kahuta Sup Area, ADOS 12 Div/87 Ord Unit
The technical scope covers the supply of fresh meat and vegetables, provision of reliable mechanical transport for specified routes and distances, and surge labour services across the listed supply areas. All items and services must meet the quality and quantity requirements as per the tender documents.
Eligibility is restricted to registered ASC contractors. Earnest Money at 2% of the tender value (maximum 1 million PKR) must be submitted with quotations in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favour of Earnest Money Acct/HQ Log 12 Div. The competent authorities reserve the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
Tender forms will be issued during office hours up to 17 September 2026. The deadline for submission is 17 September 2026, and tenders will be opened on 18 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. All submissions must be made at the office of the Assistant Director Supply and Transport Headquarters 12 Division Muzaffarabad.
