Supply of Medical Laboratory Kits and Implants by Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of medical laboratory kits and implants. This procurement is conducted under the light of PPRA rules and is based in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Reagent Kit, Hepatitis E Virus-HEV IGM, Rapid, ICT (399 Kits) - Bacturi Test Strip, Urine Culture (3832 Kits) - Test Kit, Troponin I, POCT - Point of Care Testing (3300 Kits) - Chemical Cell Clean (176 Kits) - Disposable Blood Collection Set, 23 GX 3/4 x 12 (8223 Packets) - Reagent Kit, Innovance D-Dimer (70 Kits) The technical scope requires valid registration and certifications including MD CNIC, DGDP registration, MoH product registration, DRAP drug manufacturing license, and export/import licenses for foreign firms. Firms must also provide financial capability proof, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and market share certificates as per Intercontinental Medical Statistics (IMS) data. Payment of PKR 2000 for registered firms and PKR 2000 for unregistered firms as tender fees is required via Challan deposited to Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid security must be attached as earnest money with offers: 2% for pre-qualified/registered/indexed firms, 3% for pre-qualified/registered but un-indexed firms, and 5% for pre-qualified/unregistered/un-indexed firms, subject to maximum ceilings. The offer validity is 120 days from commercial offer opening. A performance guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Tender documents must be submitted in three separate envelopes for Technical Offer, Earnest Money Draft, and Commercial Offer, sealed in one large envelope marked with the Tender Enquiry number. Submission deadline is 19 November 2026 at 1000 hrs, with opening at 1100 hrs the same day in the Tender Room of DGP (Army). For bidders, ensure all required certificates and earnest money are complete and submitted in the correct envelope format to avoid disqualification. Late or alternative offers will not be accepted.
