MES Prequalification for E&M, Building and Road Works Abbottabad

Military Engineer Services (MES), through CMES (A) Abbottabad, invites applications for prequalification of eligible contractors and firms for issuance of tender documents for works and services at locations under the Area of Responsibility of CMES (A) Abbottabad, including GE (A) Attock, GE (A) PMA, AGE (A) Attock and the Division Stock or Central Stock. The notice concerns repair, maintenance, renovation, construction and supply-related engineering works. Mandatory works and lots listed in the notice are: Ser a, TC or DC and supply of Bazar Material for E&M and B&R for GE (A) Attock, GE (A) PMA and AGE (A) Attock; and Ser b, construction, repair, renovation and maintenance works for B&R and E&M, including repair and maintenance of roads at Attock, PMA, Hvn, Ski, Attock and Manser areas. No quantities, estimated costs or individual lot values are printed in the notice. Applicants must submit complete credentials and the information required in Serial 8, including details of comparable works executed during the last two years, client or agency, amount of work, time allowed, commencement and completion dates, percentage progress and departmental performance reports. Firms must provide relevant experience, satisfy job and area requirements, submit a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, and be borne on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D or E. Contractors must also certify that they have no litigation with the Government Department and no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation, E-in-C's Branch GHQ. Applications must reach the accepting officer by **1130 hours on 20 August 2026**. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day, and interested contractors may attend.
