The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and tenders for various works at AGE (Army) Bahawalnagar Cantt. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess valid GST and NTN certificates. Firms on the approved MES list or other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Contractors not on the approved list must submit proof of financial standing, staff details, and work experience attested by a Class-1 Gazetted Officer. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited in the form of DSC or CDR pledged to AGE (Army) Bahawalnagar. This amount is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or does not secure the contract. Tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on 06 Nov 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours, closing at 1230 hours.
