Mess Contract for IBA Community Colleges and Schools in Sindh

Sukkur IBA University is procuring a Mess Contract for its IBA Community Colleges and Schools located in various cities of Sindh including Naushero Feroze, Khairpur, Dadu, Jacobabad, Ghotki, and Ubauro. This contract covers the provision of quality meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for boarding students and lunch for day scholars. The contract is specifically for the academic year 2026-2027, excluding summer, winter vacations, and Eid holidays. The estimated cost of this contract is bold PKR 11.926 Million, reflecting the scale and importance of this service for the educational institutions under the Sindh School Education Scholarship Program. The contract duration is initially one year with the possibility of extension for another year based on satisfactory performance. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department or Sindh Revenue Board, have an affidavit confirming no blacklisting, demonstrate relevant experience of at least three years, and have an average annual turnover equal to or twice the estimated cost. Bidders must also not have forfeited performance security with Sukkur IBA University previously. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, and bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the specified deadline.
