Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the Mess Framework Contract for IBA Community Colleges & Schools, specifically for the IBA Community College Naushero Feroze. Where facilities are not available, vendors must manage arrangements without additional payment claims. Payment will be made based on actual attendance verified by the SSESP coordinator or Hostel Warden. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department or Sindh Revenue Board, and not blacklisted by any government or autonomous body. Bidders must have relevant experience of at least three years, valid FBR registration, and submit bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost. The contract period is initially one year with extension options. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be considered. The bid security pay order in favor of Sukkur IBA University must be sent in original before the closing date. The deadline for bid submission is strictly enforced, and incomplete or conditional bids without required earnest money will be rejected.
