Cost of DFO House Gahkuch (Part-I) ii. Cost of DFO Office at Gahkuch (Part-II) iii. Cost of RFO House Gahkuch (Part-III) The technical scope covers extensive road metalling works across multiple villages in Yasin Sumal area and infrastructure strengthening for protected area management offices in Gahkuch. The works require experienced contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, valid for 2026. Contractors must provide earnest money in the form of call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Ghizer. Original departmental No Litigation and No Sick Scheme certificates for FY 2026-2027 are mandatory along with renewal receipts and CNIC copies. Only project-specific power of attorney on judicial stamp paper signed by a 1st Class Magistrate is accepted.
