Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and should submit proof of registration. Only those on the approved MES list in Category 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', or 'E' with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Applications must include details of works executed in the last two years, along with supporting documentation. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the experience and eligibility criteria.
