Items being procured: - Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Paint / Construction Works Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works B&R-II Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp - Misc Repair / Renovation Works Various Locations and Term Contract for Internal Electric, Water Supply & Sui Gas Works E&M-II Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp - Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Paint / Construction Works Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works B&R-V Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp - Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Paint / Construction Works Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works B&R-I Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp - Misc Repair / Renovation Works Various Locations Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Paint / Construction Works Various Locations and Term Contract for Internal Electric, Water Supply & Sui Gas Works E&M-I Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp - Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Paint / Construction Works Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works B&R-III Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp - Misc Repair / Renovation Works Various Locations and Term Contract for Internal / External Electric, Water Supply & Sui Gas Works E&M-III Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp - Misc Repair / Renovation / Distemper / Paint / Construction Works Various Locations and Term Contract for B&R Artificer / Periodical Services & Decoration Works B&R-VI Sub Division GE (Army) – I Rwp The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works covering electrical, water supply, gas works, and decoration services at various locations under the jurisdiction of GE (Army) Rawalpindi. Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration in appropriate categories. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide certificates and details of works executed in the last two years. Tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on 30 October 2026. The technical bid will be scrutinized and only qualified contractors will be issued tender documents. Tender opening will be at 1200 hours on the same day at the office of the Accepting Officer. Contractors are advised to ensure their PEC registration is valid and to prepare earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order as per MES requirements. Timely submission and compliance with all documentation will improve chances of successful bidding.
