The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with credentials for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various construction and electrical works at PAC Kamra, HIT Taxila, and Chaklala under the HQ DW&CE (DP) Rawalpindi. Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and have FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar works and earnest money/bid security as per PPRA rules is required. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received by HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 04 November 2026 at 1130 hours. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1200 hours. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure all required documents including work orders, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years are complete and submitted timely. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C are preferred and a 2% refundable bid security is required for non-enlisted firms.
