Procurement of Miscellaneous IT Equipment & Accessories for NUMS-KHINAMS

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage Two Envelopes basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound Firms, Companies, or Sole Proprietors for the procurement of miscellaneous IT equipment and accessories for NUMS-KHINAMS in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous IT Equipment - IT Accessories The procurement involves supply of various IT-related items to support the operations of NUMS-KHINAMS. Bidders must have a minimum of five (02) years of relevant experience in providing such equipment and accessories in the public or private sector. All bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure where bidders submit Technical and Financial Proposals separately. Technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of NUMS. The bidding documents can be obtained upon submission of a Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of NUMS NTN # 9010197-0. Technical proposals will be opened on 18th October 2026 at 10:30 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi. Late, incomplete, or bids submitted via email or fax will not be entertained. The process is conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and interested bidders must register on the portal for participation. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the physical bid security and scanned copy on PPRA E-PADS before the closing date to avoid disqualification.
