Tender Description

The District Administration, Multan, invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous relief items required for monsoon and flood response activities for the 2026-27 period. The procuring authority is the District Administration, Multan, acting through the Deputy Commissioner and the District Disaster Management Authority. Suppliers should review the complete bidding documents before preparing prices and technical compliance information. Specific item list provided in the notice: mosquito nets; life jackets; plastic mats, identified as chattai; cots, identified as charpai; and mattresses. The notice does not print quantities, units, technical specifications, or lot-wise details; bidders must obtain the tender forms and detailed requirements from the Punjab e-Procurement System or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority portal. The scope is the supply of suitable, durable and fit-for-purpose emergency relief goods, inclusive of applicable taxes and quoted in Pakistani Rupees. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to **5% of the total contract value** before issuance of the supply order. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by **23 August 2026 at 11:30 AM**. Bids will be opened electronically on **23 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**. The physical CDR should be delivered to the Deputy Commissioner, Multan, through the prescribed channel. In case of a public holiday, the next working day applies.
