Provision of Furniture for Construction of 256 Men Barrack (G+3) with Dining Hall at PNS Shifa Karachi

Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for the provision of furniture related to the construction of a 256 Men Barrack (G+3) with Dining Hall at PNS Shifa Karachi. The tender is specifically for the supply and installation of furniture items required for this large-scale barrack and dining facility. Items being procured: - Furniture for 256 Men Barrack (G+3) - Furniture for Dining Hall The scope includes furnishing the newly constructed barrack and dining hall with appropriate furniture that meets the standards and requirements of the Pakistan Navy. This project is located in Karachi and requires contractors with relevant experience in similar works. Eligibility criteria specify that firms enlisted with MES in the unlimited category or other government departments with experience in this type of work may apply. Non-enlisted applicants must provide detailed information about previous works executed in the last two years, including agency details, amount of work, completion time, progress percentage, and department performance reports. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit earnest money in favor of GE (Navy) Const Manora and submit the treasury receipt with their application. If a non-enlisted contractor's tender is accepted, a security deposit of PKR 300,000 is required. The earnest money will be refunded if the tender is not accepted after all documents are returned. Enlisted contractors must furnish lists of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details, machinery, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificates. Contractors suspended from the MES approved list must deposit 5% of the estimated cost as standing security in the form of FDR or CDR pledged to GE (Navy) Const Manora Karachi. The bid submission deadline is 02 October 2026 by 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Applications must be submitted timely to avoid rejection. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications under Para-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
