The Pakistan Navy invites applications for pre-qualification and submission of tenders for various miscellaneous repair, maintenance, installation, and technical consultancy (TC) works under the General Engineer (Navy) Logistics Karachi. The works cover multiple locations including PN Dockyard, NSSD Area, HQ COMLOG, KNCRE Lyari, VSD PNS Karsaz, and B&R North and South sectors. Eligible firms must be borne on the approved MES contractors list or other government departments with relevant experience. Contractors not on the MES list or suspended must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated bid cost as FDR pledged to GE (Navy) Logistics Karachi. Valid GST registration, National Tax Number, CNIC, skilled/unskilled personnel details, machinery/equipment, and bank statements are required for verification. Tender documents including specifications, drawings, and un-priced abstracts can be obtained free of cost from GE (Navy) Logistics Karachi during working hours. The tender submission deadline is **23 September 2026 at 1100 hours**, with opening at 1130 hours the same day. Late submissions will not be accepted. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance without justification but will communicate grounds upon request.
