Tender Description
Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan invites e-bids for the Annual Rate Contract of Miscellaneous Stationery Items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, targeting well-reputed and financially sound firms with experience in supplying stationery items. Items include various miscellaneous stationery as specified in the bidding document.
The total estimated cost is Rs. 86,24,605/-. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a refundable CDR amounting to 3% of the estimated value in favor of the Senior Additional Registrar, Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan. Bids will be evaluated on a single stage two envelope basis as per Rule 38(2a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Non-compliant or incomplete bids will be rejected.
The successful bidder will provide a 7% performance guarantee, including a 3% bid security, to ensure contract compliance and warranty obligations. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date and time of 20.10.2026 at 10:00 A.M. The opening of bids will occur the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the office of the Additional Registrar (Judicial), Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan.
All procurement will follow PPRA rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons. Bidders should ensure all items are produced on the date of inspection as determined by the Purchase Committee.
