Provision of Missing Facilities, Road Construction and Pavement Works at Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai invites sealed tenders through the EPADS electronic system for multiple civil works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives 2025-26 (SAVING). The procurement includes provision of missing facilities in Masjid and Madrassa at UC Kharkai, construction and pavement of street, drain, culverts, retaining and parapet walls at Phatak Dargai, construction of PCC road at Dara VC Totai, and construction of Janazgah at Maina. These works are located in Dargai, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and are aimed at improving local infrastructure and community facilities. Eligible firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category and be enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Registration with KP Revenue Authority and active NTN/Income Tax certificates are mandatory. Contractors must submit earnest money and additional securities as per KPPRA Notification No. S.RO(14)/Vol.1-24/2021-22 dated 10th May 2022. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 22nd July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 2:00 PM. The bid security must be in the form of an original call deposit receipt in favor of TMO Dargai. Bidders should ensure all documents including CNIC copies of MD/owner, CDR, and signed BOQ are uploaded correctly. Any overwriting on BOQ will lead to rejection. In case of equal offers, a free toss will decide the award. The work order is subject to fund release by the Provincial Government.
