Technical scope includes excavation, dewatering, RCC foundations, bored piles, reinforcement, tower erection, conductor stringing, dismantling, transportation, testing and site restoration. Eligible bidders require PEC C5 or higher with relevant codes, FBR and SRB active taxpayer registration, two similar DISCO or NTDC works completed within five years, and no blacklisting.
