Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi is inviting bids for the procurement of Mobile with Host Application Software that is PTA approved and verifiable from PTA. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to acquire high specification mobile devices to support operational needs.
Items being procured:
- Mobile with Host + Application Software (PTA approved, verifiable from PTA), minimum 2.2 GHz, Octa-Core MediaTek G99 processor or greater
- Operating System Android version 16 or above
- Memory: RAM minimum 8GB or above, ROM minimum 256GB or above
- Quantity: 300 units
The technical scope requires the supply of mobile phones with advanced processing capabilities and sufficient memory to run host applications efficiently. The devices must comply with PTA regulations and be verifiable through PTA systems. Delivery is expected within 60-90 days to the DCM Operation Store, KT, Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN) and submit all tender documents duly signed and stamped. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 system and provide bid security as per the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
The bid submission deadline is Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements to avoid disqualification.
