Selection of Individual Consultant for Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

The Sindh Social Protection Authority Social Protection Department Government of Sindh invites qualified individual consultants for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist. This consultancy is part of the Project Management & Implementation Unit under the Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh project, financed by the International Development Association (IDA). The procurement is managed by the Project Director based in Karachi. Items being procured: - Individual Consultant Services for Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist The consultant will provide expert services including developing logical frameworks, sampling design, conducting assessments and surveys, data quality assessments and oversight, managing and providing training to partners, and acting as project liaison for externally managed evaluations. The role demands advanced knowledge in social sciences, economics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, or business administration from a reputed HEC-recognized university. Advanced certificates in M&E, statistics, or economics will be given due weightage. Applicants must have at least eight years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation of social protection or poverty alleviation programs/projects. Skills required include excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-tier team environment.
