Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of MUSCO Lighting System for Night Golfing Facilities, Fairwind Golf Course and Country Club, DHA City Karachi

DHA City Karachi invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable, experienced and financially sound firms/companies for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of MUSCO Sports Lighting System for the Night Golfing Facilities at Fairwind Golf Course & Country Club, DHA City Karachi. Items being procured: - Design of complete MUSCO lighting system for the Driving Range and 9-Hole Golf Course - Supply and installation of genuine MUSCO lighting equipment, poles, electrical distribution system, feeder pillars, cabling, UPVC conduiting, loop cables and associated civil works - Testing, commissioning and performance verification of the complete system - Training of operating personnel - Submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, warranty and after-sales support The technical scope includes the full design and installation of a MUSCO lighting system tailored for night golfing, covering the driving range and the 9-hole golf course. The project involves electrical and civil works including poles, cabling, feeder pillars, and conduiting. Interested firms should have proven expertise in similar sports lighting projects, possess the required technical capability, financial strength, and qualified personnel to undertake the assignment. Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) can be obtained from the office of the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi during office hours from 04 Aug 2026 upon submission of a written request. The EOI must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 18 August 2026. This EOI does not constitute a commitment to award any contract. Only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP)/Tender stage. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the TORs and ensure all required documents and credentials are complete before submission. Early preparation of the EOI documents and timely submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
