Establishment of National Artificial Intelligence Hubs (AI-Hubs) across Pakistan

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) invites eligible firms to submit sealed bids for the establishment of National Artificial Intelligence Hubs (AI-Hubs) across Pakistan. This project aims to advance the country’s AI capabilities by setting up dedicated hubs nationwide under the National Artificial Intelligence Advancement Initiative (NAAI). Items being procured: - Establishment of National Artificial Intelligence Hubs (AI-Hubs) across Pakistan The scope includes the full setup and operationalization of AI hubs, encompassing infrastructure, technology deployment, and ongoing support services. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The technical bid must comply with the detailed instructions provided in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS 2.0 system on or before August 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with the mode of meeting to be communicated accordingly. Original hard copies of bids must also be submitted to the Ministry of IT and Telecom by the closing date. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website and the MoITT website. This tender is ideal for firms with proven experience in IT services and digital solutions, particularly in AI and technology infrastructure. Registration with FBR and ATL compliance is mandatory.
