Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services specifically for Network Connections Internet in the SSGC Hyderabad Regional Office over fiber optic cable. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to establish a reliable internet connection with dedicated bandwidth and IP addresses to support the office's operational needs in Hyderabad.

- Network Connections Internet service
- 10 Mbps CIR clear pipe without any anonymous proxy
- Dedicated 16 Real IP addresses
- 24x7 onsite support for any outages
The contract is for one year with the possibility of extension for two additional years. The bidder must provide a turnkey solution including all necessary accessories. Completion time is a maximum of one month from the date of Letter of Technical Proposal (LTP) issuance, with payment starting from the date of link installation. Payment will be made quarterly after the end of each quarter.
Eligibility criteria include registration with NADRA, FBR NTN, and active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents and submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 platform by the deadline.
The submission deadline is Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and to submit all required documents including bid security in the prescribed form. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the procurement process without liability.
