Procurement of Office/Classroom IT Items for Bs Nursing Programme NSHS NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad

The NSHS (NSHS), Principal Nust School of Health Sciences NSHS NUST Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of office and classroom IT items specifically for the Bs Nursing Programme at the NSHS NUST H-12 Campus. Items being procured include: - 43 Desktop Computers (Ci7, 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, 23 inch LED, Mouse, Keyboard) - 7 units of 5000 Lumens LED Projectors with Ceiling mount and 8 x 10 ft Projector Screens - 7 Audio Amplifiers with Phantom Powered, 5 x mics inputs - 1 Interactive LED 86 Inch with lifespan of 50,000 hrs - 6 MFP LaserJet multifunctional Printers - 10 HDMI Cables 1.5M - 5 Ugreen HDMI / C-port Converters - 5 Ugreen HDMI / D-port Converters - 5 Ugreen HDMI Switchers - 5 USB Cable Female to Male (1.8m) - 5 UPS 1 KVA 700-800 watts - 150 Patch Cables, Cat-6 U-Green - 1 Digital Multifunction Monochrome Photocopier - 1 Comprehensive installation with material including power cable, ducting, power points, flexible pipes, earthing cable, noise cancellation material, proper fixing of PDU, steel duct for HDMI, audio and power cable. The technical specifications require branded, high-quality equipment with detailed features such as Android 14.0 for the interactive LED, HP LaserJet multifunctional printers or equivalent, and online UPS with loop cables. Delivery is scheduled within 42 days to the NSHS NUST campus in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered taxpayers with valid NADRA CNIC/NICOP, FBR NTN and GST registrations, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security of PKR 870,486 in the form of a Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
