Provision of Office Furniture, Computer Equipment, Plant and Machinery at Regional Office and Special Education & Rehabilitation Centers Mirpurkhas

The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), through its Regional Directorate of Special Education & Rehabilitation Centers in Karachi, invites bids for the supply of office furniture, computer equipment, and plant & machinery at the Regional Office and Special Education & Rehabilitation Centers under its jurisdiction in Mirpurkhas, Sindh. This procurement is part of the ADP scheme #724/2025-26 aimed at strengthening and revamping all centers and offices under DEPD. The technical scope includes brand new desktop PCs with 12th Gen processors, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD, and accessories such as mouse, keyboard, speakers, headphones, and 19-inch LED monitors. Also included are UPS units with 600 watts output and 1-year battery warranty, laserjet 3-in-1 black & white printers, laminated computer tables, revolving computer chairs, 1.5 ton split air conditioners, pharmacy freezers with adjustable shelves and LED lighting, and 55-inch TCL Android LED TVs. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in category C-4 with specialized codes EE09 and ME01, be registered with FBR and GST authorities, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience with government or semi-government contracts of similar size and nature is required. Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 per package along with the technical bid and provide a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA EPADS portal by the deadline shown on the portal, with hard copies submitted to the Regional Directorate office at ST-31, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. The technical bid opening will also take place at this office. Bidders are advised to carefully review all mandatory documents and ensure compliance to avoid disqualification.
