Tender Description
The Pakistan High Commission in Singapore is procuring office furniture to enhance its working environment. This procurement includes a variety of furniture items such as drawer units, centre tables, office tables, office chairs, visitor chairs, and a 3-seater sofa set. The total quantity amounts to 19 pieces, aimed at furnishing the office premises located at 1 Scotts Road, Shaw Centre.
Interested suppliers are encouraged to visit the office premises to assess the requirements firsthand. The scope covers supply and delivery of quality furniture suitable for official use. Bidders should have relevant experience in supplying office furniture and must provide a company profile along with a copy of business registration in Singapore. Although no specific PEC category is required, registration with the local authorities and a proven track record in similar procurements will strengthen the bid.
Bids must be submitted via email to pahicsingapore@mofa.gov.pk no later than the **19th of July 2026**. Late submissions will not be entertained. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. It is essential to include a detailed cost breakdown and all required documentation to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money or CDR requirements are not specified but bidders should be prepared for any such requests.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the email submission is confirmed with a read receipt or follow-up call to the contact person, Mr. Hussain Tariq, to avoid any issues with late or lost bids. Clear and complete documentation will improve chances of success in this competitive procurement.
