Procurement of Office Stationery, Entertainment and Office Maintenance Items under Framework Contract for FY 2026-27

The Project Management Unit of the Punjab Mass-Transit Authority Lahore invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. This procurement is for Office Stationery, Entertainment, and Office Maintenance Items under a Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 following PPR-14 Rule 38 (2) (a) using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Items being procured: - Office Stationery - Entertainment items - Office Maintenance items The procurement covers supply of these goods to the Punjab Mass-Transit Authority in Lahore. Bidders must be registered with FBR and relevant tax authorities and comply with all registration requirements. Earnest Money in the form of 2% Bid Security of the estimated price must be furnished electronically. All bids including Bid Security shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA instructions well before the closing time. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Complete e-bids must be delivered through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before Thursday 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 Hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who may attend. The Project Management Unit will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids. In case of official holiday on the submission day, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely electronic submission via the Punjab e-Procurement System and to upload all required documents including the Bid Security to avoid disqualification due to late or incomplete submissions.
