Hiring of On-Screen Marking System Services and Digital Variable Printing of Answer Sheets

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan invites bids for the hiring of services related to the On-Screen Marking System (OSM) and Digital Variable Printing of Answer Sheets for the upcoming academic session. This procurement aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the examination marking process by leveraging digital solutions and secure printing technologies. Items being procured: - Hiring of On-Screen Marking System (OSM) services - Digital Variable Printing of Answer Sheets The technical scope includes the provision, implementation, and support of a robust On-Screen Marking System capable of handling large-scale examination answer scripts, as well as the secure and variable digital printing of answer sheets tailored to the board's requirements. The selected service provider will be responsible for ensuring data security, accuracy, and timely delivery of all services as per the board's schedule. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms should have relevant experience in similar projects, and a bid security of 5 percent of the quoted price must be submitted digitally via E-Pay. The minimum annual turnover required is PKR 6,000,000. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 2 September 2026, 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The tender will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope method, with separate technical and financial proposals.
