Tender Description
The Directorate of PCA (North), Islamabad (Pakistan Customs) invites qualified suppliers to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for the Repair of Hardware. This agreement will cover the on-demand repair and maintenance of office hardware over a period of 36 months in Islamabad. Items being procured include repair services for 200 units of various office hardware requiring skilled workers, appropriate tools, and new replacement hardware that is durable and compatible with existing installations.
The scope includes submission of itemized estimates for approval, secure installation of fittings, protection of surrounding infrastructure, debris removal, and warranty for workmanship and replacement hardware. Completed work will be inspected and accepted by the department. Only Islamabad/Rawalpindi based outlets with at least 5 years of relevant experience and valid FBR registration on the Active Taxpayer List are eligible. A Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 30,000 in favor of DDO Directorate of PC&IA (North), Islamabad is required as earnest money.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 04:00 PM. Technical bids will be evaluated on Quality Based Selection (QBS) criteria including experience, work history with government departments, tools and equipment availability, registration status, financial soundness, and warranty commitments. The opening of applications will be conducted electronically on the same day at 04:30 PM.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the prequalification documents available on EPADS and ensure timely submission through the portal. Manual submissions will not be accepted. This framework agreement does not guarantee any minimum quantity or value of work but establishes a panel of qualified suppliers for call-off contracts as needed. For further information and registration, visit https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Contact the Admin Officer at +92-315-409-5155 or email ddo5226pcahq@gmail.com for clarifications.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents including valid CNIC/NICOP, NTN/GST registration, financial statements, and non-blacklisting affidavits are complete and uploaded on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Early registration on EPADS is recommended to avoid last-minute technical issues.
