Open Framework Agreement for the Repair of I.T Equipment

The Directorate of PCA (North), Islamabad (Pakistan Customs) invites qualified suppliers to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for the Repair of I.T Equipment in Islamabad. This agreement will cover the on-demand repair services of various office I.T equipment over a period of 36 months. Items being procured: - Repair of I.T Equipment (200 units) The service provider must deploy qualified technicians with relevant experience and suitable diagnostic tools. Fault diagnosis and itemized cost estimates must be submitted for approval before repairs or part replacements. Replacement parts should be new, genuine, or compatible equivalents approved by the department and meet technical specifications. Repairs must be completed within specified timeframes, with any delays promptly reported. Confidentiality of departmental data is mandatory, and equipment cannot be removed without written permission. Defective parts replaced must be returned unless authorized otherwise. A detailed service report including faults detected, repairs undertaken, parts replaced, and testing results is required. Warranty coverage for repairs and parts must be clearly stated, with defects rectified free of cost during warranty. Payment will be made subject to verification and acceptance by the department. Eligibility criteria include 5 years of relevant experience, capability to repair all types of office I.T equipment, sound financial position, valid GST and NTN registration, and non-blacklisting. Only Islamabad/Rawalpindi based outlets are eligible. A Call Deposit Receipt of Rs.30,000/- is required as earnest money. Vendors must be prepared to carry out repair work immediately, including odd hours, and provide warranty on repairs. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 04:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 04:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested vendors should register on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ if not already registered. The procurement will follow Quality Based Selection (QBS) with a passing technical score of 70 out of 100. Vendors are advised to carefully review all instructions and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal.
