Operation of KW&SC Customer Service Centers at Sakhi Hasan, Haroonabad and Karsaz Karachi

The Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites Expressions of Interest from interested parties to operate three Customer Service Centers located at Sakhi Hasan, Haroonabad, and Karsaz in Karachi. KW&SC is responsible for water supply, sewerage collection, wastewater management, and revenue collection for over 25 million residents in Karachi, Sindh’s largest city. This procurement is critical for enhancing consumer facilitation and service delivery at these centers. The scope includes deploying expert teams with technical support staff to operate the centers efficiently. Operators must install operational equipment, manage consumables, and cover software license fees and internet/IT payments. The teams will provide timely and effective service relief to KW&SC consumers, ensuring smooth operations aligned with submitted proposals and work methodologies. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR and SRB, hold active tax payer status, and submit affidavits confirming no litigation or blacklisting. Integrity pacts on stamp paper and required annexures must accompany submissions. Bid security of PKR 4.0 million in the form of pay order or bank guarantee from a scheduled Pakistani bank is mandatory and must be delivered physically before the deadline.
