Tender Description
The University of Education, Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on a LOT Wise Basis for the supply and installation of multimedia projectors. This tender is open to firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax).
Items being procured:
- Multimedia Projector (Qty: 15)
The scope includes supply and installation of multimedia projectors as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Eligibility requires registration with tax authorities and relevant trade bodies. A Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to request original affidavits for physical verification if necessary.
The bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA website and the University of Education website. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives under PPRA Rule 30 (1).
The closing date for submission is **08-10-2026** till 10:30 AM, with the opening of bids on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 90 days.
