Procurement of Licenses, Support, Maintenance for SIEM and EDR Technology

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the procurement of licenses, support, and maintenance services for SIEM and EDR technology at its headquarters in Islamabad. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The bidder must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, valid NTN and GST registration, be active on the FBR ATL list, and provide an affidavit of non-blacklisting. The vendor must also be an authorized partner of the OEM and submit the required bid security before the deadline. Technical evaluation requires certified Elastic SIEM analysts and engineers, with a minimum technical score of 60 out of 100 to qualify. The contract price is fixed in Pakistani Rupees, with payments made against actual invoices. The successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee.
