Overall Operation and Maintenance and Supply of Spares of Electrical and Allied Facilities at IBA Boys Hostel Campus

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) is procuring overall operation and maintenance services along with supply of spares on need basis for electrical and allied facilities at the IBA Boys Hostel Campus located in Karachi, Sindh. This tender covers comprehensive maintenance and supply services for air conditioning systems, electrical installations, DG set operation and monitoring, and fire alarm systems across multiple hostel blocks including SAP Old Boys Hostel and New Boys Hostel Blocks A, B, and C. The scope includes regular inspection, preventive and predictive maintenance, cleaning, record keeping, and repair or replacement of parts as per original specifications. The contract duration is one year with possibility of extension based on performance. Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience in heavy duty chillers and electro-mechanical operation and maintenance, valid PEC registration in categories ME1, ME2, or O-6, and be registered with FBR, SRB, and GST authorities. The tender fee is Rs.5,000 non-refundable. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via SPPRA EPADS system and also deliver original bid security and signed documents to the Head of Procurement at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi by June 10, 2026 at 2:30 PM. The tender opening will be held the same day at 3:00 PM. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 5, 2026 at 11 AM at the Boys Hostel.
