Operation and Maintenance of HVAC System at NESPAK House Lahore

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 on a single stage single envelope bidding procedure basis for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at NESPAK House, Lahore. This procurement is specifically for the O&M of HVAC works at the NESPAK House located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Operation and maintenance services for heating system - Operation and maintenance services for ventilation system - Operation and maintenance services for air conditioning system The technical scope includes comprehensive maintenance and operational services to ensure efficient functioning of the HVAC system at the NESPAK House site. Eligible bidders must be duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category O-6 or higher relevant to the work/services. Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the HVAC O&M works. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk), and NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) websites. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Rs. 600,000 (Pakistani Rupees six hundred thousand only). Bids are to be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before the deadline of **October 02, 2026** up to **1100 hours**. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical bids will be opened at **1130 hours** on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Scanned copies of all required documents must be uploaded through EPADS. The original bid security instrument of Rs. 600,000 must be submitted to the office address below on or before the bid submission deadline, failing which bids will be rejected. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to Rule 33 of PPRA.
